∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee the activities of overall Quality Assurance Process and Staffs, Developing, Implementing, Executing, and Ensuring the systems and its meaningful uses, and Reliability testing, Inspections and Auditing for the organizations products or/and overall process from Developments to Reach good products to the end customer.
∎ To ensure all Internal and External requirements are met before start its initial process and up to the products are met customer.
∎ Implement and maintain all Standard Operating systems and procedures related to Assuring Quality Standards throw-out the manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure all the Activities and Product Quality Standards in the stages of Pre-production, Sampling, Cutting, Embellishments, Sewing, Washing, Finishing & Packing, and Inspections.
∎ Communicate and manage the customer representatives with their requirements
∎ Make satisfy the Customers by providing acceptable level of Quality standards and timely fulfilling their requirements to the satisfactory standard
∎ Hires and assign suitable staffs in all levels of quality assurance department and train, guide and monitor them to deliver their high standard of in the assignments
∎ Establish and perform proper Quality Controlling, Assurance and Auditing practice where and when required
∎ Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking in processes and final output
∎ Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentations
∎ Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
∎ Communicate correct quality standards to all staffs
∎ Identifies and analyses issues, bugs, defects, and other problems; recommends and facilitates solutions to the issues
∎ Review client, customers and user feedbacks and act on those
∎ Ensure to Maintain compliances
∎ Prepare, manage and get pass from all types of external Audits and obtain certifications
∎ Manage Quality Assurance related KPIs
∎ Perform other assignments from the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven Working Experience as Head of QAM in Reputed Organization/s
∎ Minimum 3 years’ Experience in similar position and 10 Years total Experience in the field of Quality Assurance
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Technical Proficiency
∎ Must be able to work on computer, Microsoft and generate reports
∎ Knowledge on compliance and certification requirements
Salary: Negotiable
