- Willingness to travel as needed across regions.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales targets and track performance against targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and large retail chains.
- Provide detailed sales forecasting and regular performance reports to senior management.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfillment.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market positioning to maintain competitive edge.
