∎ Any certification on apparel management will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up, supervision & shipment of overall production of sweaters.
∎ Good knowledge in sweater production and planning.
∎ Need to achieve day to day target production as per given plan.
∎ Assess, evaluate and seek for ways to increase operation efficiency through continuous process improvement.
∎ Constantly review and evaluate current policies and practices and implement changes to operating procedures when the need arises.
∎ Will be responsible for all activities in sweater production.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ To review production plan with capacity & strength.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles,
∎ Help to achieve daily planed target
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sri Lankan candidate will be given preference
∎ Must be acquitted with the global market on apparel especially on sweaters.
∎ Must have prove success track record and be target oriented.
∎ Must have experience of handling world reputed buyers.
∎ Must be conversant about different parameters and requirements of buyers.
∎ Must be able to make the annual sales forecast and be capable to achieve it.
∎ Must be through about sourcing and inventory.
∎ Good command in English & computer operation.
∎ Expert in buyer communication.
Salary: Negotiable
