Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Production Strategy: Develop and implement production strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production supervisors, and operators. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
∎ Resource Allocation: Manage production resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and adherence to production schedules.
∎ Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed established quality standards. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
∎ Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety among production staff. Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
∎ Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans that meet customer demand while minimizing inventory levels and production lead times.
∎ Cost Control: Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining product quality. Implement cost-saving initiatives and track performance metrics.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
∎ Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to senior management. Use data analysis to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
∎ Vendor and Supplier Management: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and components required for production.
∎ Other Tasks: As assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be from Steel Industry (Rolling Mill), (other industry's experience won't be accepted).
∎ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. [For highly experienced candidates educational qualification can be relaxed].
∎ Proven experience in production management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
∎ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
∎ Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.
