• This recruitment is only for Dhaka & North Bengal Zone.

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned zone.

• Execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and strengthen market presence in Dhaka/North Bengal.

• Build, manage, and expand a strong dealer and distributor network based strictly on cash sales.

• Ensure all sales transactions are conducted on a cash basis – no credit sales are allowed.

• Motivate and monitor zonal sales teams to ensure continuous performance and achievement of targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, clients, and territories to grow market share.

• Monitor competitor activities and market conditions, and recommend strategies to stay ahead.

• Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and dealer programs within the assigned zone.
