Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry
∎ Any local or International Qualification will be added an advantage.
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and implement all the formulas of production of Cosmetics Products.
∎ To develop production plans & schedules, arranging resource to ensure achievement of targets as per budgeted parameters.
∎ To maintain Production volumes through constant interaction with sales team.
∎ To manage in new product development from concept to launch; with specific responsibilities that include packaging design, functionality, appearance & operational capability.
∎ To align development on inputs from the supply chain, Marketing & production Department as well as on Market Feedback trends.
∎ To ensure profitability of operations; compliance with Quality & Hygiene standards across all shifts.
∎ To conduct inspections and rework/rejection analysis and taking various types of tests to enhance productivity.
∎ To formulate guidelines for sequencing of manufacturing activities.
∎ To develop process & formulations for manufacturing products & establishing process parameters.
∎ To lead the implementation of qualitative assurance across Raw Materials, Work in Progress, and Finished Goods across various functional development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent should have working experience in Production from any reputed Cosmetics Manufacturing Industry.
