∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B and B2C sales and marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies of Cosmetics & Toiletries Products.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of all products and services.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
∎ Visit Corporate Houses to ensure that Sales Forces are getting proper coaching, guidelines, motivation and support.
∎ To organize the distributor for place the product smoothly.
∎ To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
∎ To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in sales of Cosmetics, Toiletries, Tobacco & Pharmaceuticals products is required.
∎ Capable of handling Sales Forces & Clients and sound knowledge on Marketing.
∎ Pro-active and ready to take challenge.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Hardworking and Motivated.
∎ Pleasant personality.
∎ Good knowledge in Computer literacy.
