Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Public University will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production/ Operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, supervise and coordinate with the department to ensure quality and quantity of production & delivery to customer end
∎ Ensure the quality of production with optimum utilization of raw materials
∎ Supervise the operation of concrete batching plant for smooth services
∎ Maintain effective liaison and coordination with GOB and other relevant agencies to pursue special projects
∎ Negotiate and pursue Mega Projects and coordinate relevant department/individuals to resolve issues
∎ Monitor quality and quantity of raw materials to ensures quality production & report to higher authority accordingly
∎ Interacts with sales team and customer service to coordinate efficient delivery of product and makes recommendations
∎ Consult with area managers and other supervisory personnel to resolve problems, provide immediate feedback, and recommend solutions to improve performance
∎ Ensure company safety standards and administration in all plants
∎ Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by Management
∎ Report the various issues of plant to Management on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on operation of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industries
∎ Knowledge on RMC business opportunities, business intelligence, competitors’ condition is required
∎ Decision making ability in critical situation
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
∎ Good analytical skill, problem-solving ability and communication skill
∎ Experience in leading a BIG TEAM will be an added advantage
