Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As Head of maintenance, ensure the operational efficiency of electrical equipment, mechanical systems, and utilities (generators, compressors, chillers, etc.).
∎ Train and supervise maintenance department employees.
∎ Manage projects related to machinery upgrades, installations, and capacity expansion.
∎ Implement workplace safety policies and standards.
