∎ Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a large organization.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to think strategically and align L&D initiatives with business goals.
∎ Experience with e-learning platforms, digital learning tools, and innovative training methods.

∎ Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals, ensuring continuous development and effective knowledge transfer.
∎ Oversee the budget for Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
∎ Lead initiatives to support organizational change and transformation, ensuring employees are equipped to adapt and thrive in evolving business environments.
∎ Develop training programs that promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
∎ Collaborate with HR to integrate learning and development strategies with performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
∎ Work closely with senior management to identify key roles and develop succession plans to ensure leadership continuity.
∎ Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through targeted learning interventions.
∎ Build strong relationships with external training partners, educational institutions, and industry experts.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of training programs through data-driven analysis and make continuous improvements as needed.
