  • Preference: Degree in Human Resources Management, PGDHRM or any globally recognized HR certification will be an added advantage.

  • Rank: Senior Vice President / Executive Vice President (Depending on Experience)

  • Leading talent acquisition and workforce planning to ensure the right talent pipeline.

  • Streamlining performance management, compensation, and career development.

  • KPI formulation with specific business objective to ensure individual actual Performance.

  • Formulating, implementing and developing standard HR policies.

  • Driving organizational development through structured change management.

  • Ensuring compliance and disciplinary issues with regulatory guidelines.

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to the Management and Board on all HR-related matters.

  • Leading digitization of HR services and transformation of HRIS platform.
