• Post-Graduation in any discipline with no third class/Division in the previous academic career.

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a Bank
• Candidates having a break in services need not apply
• Sound knowledge of MS Package - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
• Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships.
• Possess the ability to keep information confidential.
• Should have a wide degree of creativity.

• Plan, develop, and implement Brand Communication and Public Relations strategies.

• Research, write, and distribute press releases to targeted media.

• Manage all PR & Branding activities and ensure presence in all communicative mediums through effective and appropriate measures.

• Establish & maintain relations with agencies, stakeholders, media, vendors, etc.

• Plan, prepare, and ensure timely publication of all electronic & print advertisements on a regular basis.

• Guide and follow up the agencies to prepare different invitations & greeting cards on different occasions.

• Provide protocol to Higher Management as per requirement.

• Update regularly to the Management on Bank & Business news.

• Any other work/responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or the Management of the Bank.
