  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Professional HR certification (PGDHRM / SHRM / CHRP) will be considered an advantage.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be a retired Army Major (or equivalent rank) with proven administrative and leadership experience.

  • Experience in managing HR or administrative operations in an educational institution or corporate environment preferred.

  • Strong organizational discipline, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Excellent command of English—spoken and written.

  • Sound knowledge of HR management principles, labor laws, and organizational systems.

  • Ability to foster a professional, cooperative, and morally upright work culture.

  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Candidates with experience in English medium or Islamic institutions will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage all HR functions of the institution, ensuring efficient recruitment, retention, and development of staff.

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with the school’s vision, mission, and Islamic values.

  • Oversee staff performance management, training, and professional development programs.

  • Foster discipline, accountability, and a culture of respect and teamwork within the organization.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, institutional regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters fairly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.

  • Support the leadership team in strategic planning and organizational growth.

  • Promote a positive and value-based work environment inspired by Islamic principles.
