• At least 8 years of experience as a Vice Principal, Section Head, or Coordinator in a reputable school, preferably in an English medium institution.

• Alternatively, 10 years’ experience as a senior position with demonstrated administrative skills.

• Proven leadership experience with strong administrative abilities.

• Exceptional command over the English language in all forms—speaking, writing, and comprehension.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for fostering a student-centered learning environment that embraces innovative teaching methods and modern resources.

• Experience managing educational programs and staff in a technologically advanced, internationally oriented environment.

• Commitment to academic success, alongside nurturing the personal, social, and emotional growth of students.

• Demonstrated ability to engage parents, students, and the broader community in the educational process.

• Candidates with experience in Islamic English medium schools will be given preference.

• Lead the development of syllabus, teaching materials and methods, session plans, and class routines to ensure academic rigor.

• Oversee and implement school policies, rules, and regulations aligned with the institution`s vision and Islamic values.

• Inspire and guide the school community towards achieving academic excellence.
