Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, School

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.

• Professional certification in networking, hardware, or IT management (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, MCP) will be an added advantage. And video editing experience.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, School

• Experience in IT management or technical support, preferably in an educational institution.

• Strong knowledge of computer networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software maintenance.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital classroom tools.

• Basic knowledge of website management and multimedia systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• High integrity, discipline, and commitment to the school’s Islamic values.

• Candidates with a background in English medium or Islamic institutions will be given preference.

• Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure, including computers, networking systems, and software applications.

• Provide technical support to teachers, students, and staff to ensure smooth operation of all digital tools and resources.

• Monitor and maintain hardware, printers, and multimedia equipment across the campus.

• Ensure data security, system backups, and protection of digital assets.

• Assist in managing online classes, school management software, and digital learning platforms. Update and maintain the school’s website and social media pages in coordination with the administrative team.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware as required.

• Plan and execute IT upgrades, maintenance, and resource optimization.

• Provide IT training and support to academic and administrative staff.

• Promote the effective use of technology in teaching, learning, and school management in line with Islamic values.
