Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Must be a retired Army Subedar or equivalent rank with proven leadership and security management experience.
Experience in institutional or corporate security supervision preferred.
Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and responsibility.
Ability to handle emergencies and manage security teams effectively.
Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bangla.
Physically fit and mentally alert.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce discipline among staff and students.
Candidates with experience in English medium or Islamic institutions will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage all security operations of the school premises to ensure a safe and disciplined environment.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency protocols in line with school guidelines.
Monitor and control entry and exit of students, staff, and visitors.
Ensure 24-hour surveillance and security coverage of the campus, including CCTV monitoring.
Supervise and train security guards, ensuring alertness, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Inspect school property regularly to identify security risks or breaches.
Coordinate with the administration for maintenance of security equipment and systems.
Investigate and report any incidents, thefts, or violations promptly.
Maintain discipline among security personnel and other non-academic staff.
Uphold the school’s Islamic values while ensuring a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all.
