∎ Post graduation or MBA in HRM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensue congenial IR (industrial relations) environment in the BU and provide appropriate advice while dealing with workers 'and their representatives.
∎ Participate in disciplinary action procedure.
∎ Implement company compliance related guidelines.
∎ Assist HR to established sound industrial relation system in factory.
∎ Prepared other job as and when instructed by the superior.
∎ Maintain close liaison with all the relevant Govt. offices, Local People, Employers' Association and other National Trade Bodies.
∎ Monitoring safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Monitoring and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Supervision of factory security site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Recruitment & Selection ( Manpower Fulfillment)
∎ Fire Safety and Security , Surveillance
∎ Training & Development , Counselling
∎ Legal , Compliance & audit matters
∎ Need to stay in Factory campus
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in working spinning mills will get preference.
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience of IRs.
∎ Knowledge on compensation and benefit.
∎ Knowledge on Compliance.
