Educational Requirements:
∎ Tertiary, BSc in Textile (Textile Technology) from the reputed Textile Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve target production under control with standard quality and buyers' requirement.
∎ Implement the norms to achieve the quality product as per instructions of the Superiors.
∎ Strives to ensure the best possible practice and this is kept up to date with industry standards.
∎ Prepare yarn engineering plan according to fibre properties and types of yarn.
∎ Control process in different stages.
∎ Fix up spinning parameter for producing required type of yarn as per production planning.
∎ Analyze and control yarn fault and taking action in process while deviation. Handle urgent and critical situations.
∎ Discuss with the related department to reduce wastage.
∎ Setup, training and monitoring the quality staff to ensure the quality.
∎ Follow up of the quality related report on daily basis & making sure of accurate report submission. Prepare report on yarn quality statement.
∎ Ensure technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team for cost effective productivity, quality and working environment.
∎ Assist superior to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the COO pertaining to the safety, quality and compliance issues of the factory.
∎ Exposed to Process control activates fully .
∎ Worked with latest lab equipment and plant Machinery
∎ 100% Cotton Export Oriented plant .
∎ customer feedbacks to attend Proactively & Its Corrective and Preventive action plan
∎ Need to stay Factory campus
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintain high standard of quality.
∎ Good knowledge of production process
∎ Quality management.
∎ Up to date knowledge on related machineries/ equipment.
