∎ Experience : We prioritize skills and practical abilities over formal academic qualifications, though prior experience in HR and Admin is highly valued. Candidates with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration are preferred, particularly in dynamic environments such as Corporate Offices, Manufacturing Units, FMCG Industries, or Groups of Companies. Experience in managing multi-functional teams and implementing compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
∎ Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
∎ Manage performance appraisal processes, performance improvement plans, and talent development.
∎ Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations and keep policies and procedures up-to-date.
∎ Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs.
∎ Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development.
∎ Use data and analytics to make informed HR decisions and drive improvements.
∎ Oversee HR systems and tools, including HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
∎ Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues effectively.
