Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Human Resource Management, preferably from IBA or
∎ Master's or business disciplines from a reputed university with PGDHRM/PGDPM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct, Lead, motivate, manage and develop HR Support Services functions
∎ Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
∎ Develop people plan and strategy for implementing it across different business and functions
∎ Formulate career development plans & proper succession planning for the group
∎ Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce group's position as an equal opportunity employer
∎ Ensure group's hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups
∎ Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)
∎ Supervise all HR BP in line with the corporate HR strategy
∎ Evaluate training and development programs
∎ Develop HR policies for all SBUs
∎ Analyze the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools
∎ Ensure HR plans align with corporate mission and business objectives

Additional Requirements:
∎ 20 years of relevant experience out of which 4-5 years should be in leadership role
∎ Experience in strategic planning
∎ In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
∎ Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, HCM)
∎ Good understanding of labor legislation
∎ Excellent leadership abilities
∎ Communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization
