Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA from any reputed public university major in Public Administration/Management/other similar degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility to monitor the Administration Department.
∎ Provide day to day administration and general services to all departments relating to logistics, office administration, office maintenance and utilities.
∎ Maintain liaison with local, civil administration and maintain public relation with local and relevant Regulatory Authority as well as Law Enforcement Departments
∎ Ensure security for men, materials and machines, ensure safety, security and safeguarding protocols across the organization.
∎ Taking initiative to pro-actively go on ground to assess the situation and provide written report/feedback to management.
∎ Plan and supervise overall Administration operation and maintenance of the company.
∎ Develop and maintain Administration Policy and ensure that the policy is implemented properly and provide services as per standard.
∎ Monitor and report on Administration cost for monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and prepare a standard budget for administration department.
∎ Conduct regular safety audits.
∎ Lead the process of reviewing, updating, formulating & executing different progressive HR policies and procedures in accordance with the growing business needs of the organization and in conformity with the laws of the land.
∎ Plan and implement various HR best practices across the organization within the established timeframes thereby achieving organizational objectives.
∎ Lead the process of reviewing & updating Job Descriptions of all the departments as per approved organogram and ensure that all the Job Descriptions for all the designations are in place.
∎ Guide the company to establish rational manpower set up across the organization aiming to achieve maximum productivity with the use of minimum manpower and also in cost effective manner.
∎ Ensure right recruitment based on the approved Organogram & Job Description of the company also within the time frame.
∎ Oversee sourcing channels are well covered, and designed to fill in all the types of positions needed for ensure hiring talent with Right skill and competency and cultural fits.
∎ Investigate grievances and/or complaints from employees (e.g. sexual harassment, pay and/or assignment disputes, conflict of interest etc.) for the purpose of reaching resolutions that provide a healthy work environment.
∎ Guide & direct that the disciplinary actions are taken professionally & as per law.
∎ Provide direction to company and take necessary efforts in the area of competency development, leadership development, employee training & development, manpower retention and development, skill transfer & talent pool formation through effective implementation and monitoring of HR Development and Training initiatives throughout the company and succession planning.
∎ Initiate different suitable OD (Organizational Development) ventures (e.g. career and succession planning, employee engagement & retention program etc.) & ensure proper implementation of those as may be decided on/approved by the top management (CMD/Director).
∎ Take responsibility for people development initiatives and building up of in-house capabilities aimed at succession planning for all key positions.
∎ Interact regularly with departmental heads to identify and remove all obstacles to the fostering of an efficient and value driven work culture.
∎ Oversee & supervise Talent development strategies, training and development need analysis, and evolving programs to meet these needs, so as to enable employees to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Introduce target system for all Management staff so that managers can know in advance what is expected from him and what he finally delivered. Besides to establish a system to link the yearly performance with the increment if management willing to award any increment at year end.
∎ Assess performance of assigned employees in the department and provides specific feedback and counseling for improvement.
∎ Provide performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ At-least 10-12 year’s relevant working experience in any leading local/multinational organization.
∎ Good working knowledge of Administration best practices, as well as good understanding of relevant laws.
∎ Having diversified working experience in different industries such as Spinning, Jute Industry, Textiles, FMCG etc.
∎ Having worked previously in Spinning & Composite Industry and Ex-Defense personnel i.e. lieutenant Colonel, Major would get preference.
∎ Ability to exercise discretion and consistently apply professional judgment; maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
∎ Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
∎ Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
