Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs tailored to various employee levels.
∎ Identify skill gaps and create strategies to address them through targeted learning interventions.
∎ Develop and execute leadership training programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
∎ Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and managers to support their professional development.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making continuous improvements to programs based on feedback and outcomes.
∎ Manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
∎ Ensure all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Work closely with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business goals and objectives.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.
∎ Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software. (Oracle preferred)
∎ Professional certifications in learning management/TOT are preferred
∎ Role Overview:
