Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Oversee end to end recruitment cycle. Maintain relationship with recruitment agencies to find out right people in right time to the right place.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Manage the performance appraisal process for the company & Do the performance appraisal on time.
∎ Manage the payroll and HRIS (Human Resource Information) system of the company.
∎ Developing and implementing HR Budget yearly/Quarterly in line with the business plan.
∎ Lead the HR & Admin team for smooth HR operations & Admin operations.
∎ Grievance handling and mange any dispute internal and external of the company.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Create functional Job description for the entire department.
∎ Assist Administration department for any job completion.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
