∎ Provide executive-level support to senior management, including scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting organization.
∎ Draft and manage official correspondence, memos, and reports in both English and Bangla.
∎ Maintain confidential files, records, and databases.
∎ Prepare business presentations, reports, and communication materials.
∎ Handle front-line communications such as phone calls, emails, and visitor management.Recruitment Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
∎ Liaise with clients, candidates, overseas agencies, embassies, and airlines as needed for recruitment processing.
∎ Assist with candidate documentation, visa processing, and departure formalities.
∎ Support compliance with manpower export regulations and guidelines.General HR Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and update employee records
∎ Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing offer letters and contracts.
∎ Support HR policy implementation and employee communication.
∎ Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll assistance.
