Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate in regular HR departmental operational tasks; i.e., separation, final settlement, grievance, disciplinary issues, etc.
∎ Provide legal assistance while dealing with legal tasks, litigations, contracts, dispute resolution and guide the client on taking an appropriate decision.
∎ Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
∎ Check all prepared documentations (e.g. Corporate Agreement, Rent Agreement, Deed of Agreement, Legal Undertaking, Corporate Guarantee, Tripartite Agreement, Employment Agreement etc.) and legal vetting of the same.
∎ Ensure vetting of various legal documents, national and international·
∎ Coordinate with different legal and company affairs related authorities.
∎ Keep relations with employer, employees, auditor, government and non-government bodies.
∎ Associating in legal drafting and vetting.
∎ Associating in documentations for company audits·
∎ Help in meeting audit deadlines and act as an associate during audits·
∎ Coordinating legal communications·
∎ Associating to find and implement compliance gaps especially Labor Act and Rules·
∎ Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management
∎ Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
∎ 1-4 years of experience in HR compliance, legal, or a related area.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance practices.
∎ Detailed knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Act and Rules, ICT laws, Company law, National and International trade laws.
∎ Knowledge about ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2015 Audit & CMMI Audit·
∎ Legal drafting of national and international agreements, JVs, MoUs, NDAs, Consortiums, Legal opinions, etc.
∎ Professional English writing skills.
∎ Intermediate level skills in Microsoft office software; i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
∎ Role Overview:
∎ The Executive/Senior Executive HR (Legal & Compliance) will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our HR compliance framework. This position requires a thorough understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and corporate policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all relevant legal standards while fostering a fair and compliant workplace environment.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
