∎ Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting performance standards, providing feedback, and identifying development opportunities.
∎ Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and career development.
∎ Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
∎ Enhance internal communication strategies to ensure effective dissemination of information, promote team collaboration, and align employees with the company’s goals.
∎ Manage the company’s external communication, including public relations, social media, and corporate communications to maintain a positive company image.
∎ Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate risks associated with adverse events.
∎ Implement and maintain knowledge management systems to capture, store, and share organizational knowledge and information.
∎ Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of knowledge resources, ensuring they are accessible and useful for employees.
