Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Sr. Executive- Finance and Corporate service will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate procedures. As part of the finance team, the Sr. Executive- Finance and Corporate service will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. The role involves working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors and vendors, to support business operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The Sr. Executive- Finance and Corporate service will be responsible for VAT, TAX and TDS submission, documentations and reconciling. He/She will assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-dateThe Sr. Executive- Finance and Corporate service will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing actionable insights to assist management in strategic decision-making. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities-

Accounting & Finance

  • Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and payroll processing
  • Manage daily fund plans to support operational needs
  • Oversee payroll processing, including salary disbursement, tax, and statutory deductions.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • Reconcile bank statements, sales records, production, and inventory data regularly to maintain accurate financial records
  • Generate and review financial reports for management, comparing monthly and year-to-year performance metrics.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Assist in preparing monthly, annual budgets and forecast reports for the company
  • Monitor expenses to ensure they align with the budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Review costs, analyze variances, and work with the production team to enhance cost efficiency.

VAT & TAX

  • Monitor and keep all the VAT registers updated, issued VAT Challan and maintain the records, registers & documents conforming to VAT & Tax laws in a timely manner
  • Ensure and Monitor VAT payment, Submission of VAT return and other documents to VAT authority in a timely manner
  • Prepare VAT reconciliation statement between VAT record and accounting record
  • Check documents, prepare & submit company withholding, salary, annual tax returns and ensure its submission to relevant authorities with due diligence
  • Maintain liaison and closely work with VAT/Tax regulators and solve the barriers related to company VAT/Tax issues.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and support audit-related documentation.

Administrative & HR Functions

  • Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract management, and inventory control
  • Oversee smooth operation of the office, including maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and facilities
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including financial documents, contracts, and administrative files
  • Oversee logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.       
  • Responsible for all travel arrangements of the delegation staff, flight bookings, purchase tickets; make hotel/accommodation reservations and clear the payments and keep records thereof.
  • Keep records of fixed assets within the factory, ensuring regular maintenance and tracking of asset utilization.
