Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Lead Market Research Portfolio to secure business target and contribute in the growth of the organization. Ensure quality service to customers which leads to retention of existing and creation of new customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to business strategy for accelerating business growth of the organization.
  • Develop and lead proactive strategy for new business hunting to meet business target of the function
  • Rollout initiatives for retention of existing customer base.

Client Partnership

  • Supervise client management and client’s respective projects' custom research in matters of market research.
  • Oversee execution of the full research cycle From Questionnaire design till final report delivery ensuring all quality checks are conducted to deliver insightful reports.
  • Oversee and intervene (when necessary) communication with client.

Team Leadership

  • Leading the Market Research team. Understand the capacity of the team and increase the team synergy by knowledge sharing and training.
  • Guide (when necessary) Field Operation team by Moderation, Quality control, Data error management, cost control, conflict management, situation analysis, crisis management and Coordination with field team and research team.
  • Maintain regular collaboration with the top-level management and provide monthly and quarterly reports on projects.
