Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying and assessing future and current training needs of factory employees.
∎ Curating a generic factory-wise training plan as well as customized specific training plan as per need.
∎ Deploying a variety of learning interventions and methods.
∎ Facilitate training sessions and workshops for factory employees on a wide range of topics including technical skills, functional skills, soft skills, compliance, and leadership competency development.
∎ Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, agency, and institutions as per need.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating factory training programs and ensure effectiveness.
∎ Assist in implementing employee performance management process in the factory.
∎ Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance measurement procedures, policies, and best practices.
∎ Analyze employee performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities for development.
∎ Assist in the development of performance improvement plan as per requirement.
