Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and attract top technical talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
∎ Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations to onboarding.
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
∎ Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the tech industry and leverage this knowledge to attract top talent.
∎ Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
∎ 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the tech/software/IT industry.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ Proven ability to source and attract top technical talent.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. (Oracle preferred)
∎ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
∎ Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
∎ High level of integrity and confidentiality.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
