∎ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
∎ Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in various industries.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

∎ Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.
∎ Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations for product development and enhancement based on market analysis.
∎ Identify, engage, and secure new clients for ERP solutions through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
∎ Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
∎ Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
∎ Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
∎ Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
∎ Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to support the successful implementation of ERP projects.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
