Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 3 years

Must have:

• Experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.

• Proven record of accomplishment of successful Odoo implementations.

• Good communication Skill.

• Negotiation skills.

• In-depth understanding of Odoo functionality across various modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for finding creative solutions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Odoo Functional Consultant Certification.

• Experience with specific Odoo modules relevant to our industry.

• Experience with other ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.

• Understand client needs, analyze business processes, and suggest solutions. 
• Design and implement custom Odoo modules, integrations, and workflows to address specific client requirements. 
• Follow the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks.
• Organize and follow up on Odoo implementations.
• Continuously learn about new Odoo features and best practices, keeping your knowledge sharp and relevant.
