Additional Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience in B2B sales roles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise software sales.
Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP solutions can address client needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in PC and Internet skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, sales force automation, and web meeting tools.
Strong follow-up skills
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Level, Operational Level, IT, or business owners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and offer innovative solutions to clients.
Responsibilities & Context: - Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
- Take a consultative approach to sales, uncovering client pain points and offering tailored solutions utilizing ERP software to address their business needs.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Forecasting sales pipelines and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams (technical, implementation, marketing) to ensure successful client onboarding and project completion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance your sales effectiveness and expertise.
