Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven sales experience in B2B sales roles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise software sales.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP solutions can address client needs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Proficiency in PC and Internet skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, sales force automation, and web meeting tools.

  • Strong follow-up skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Level, Operational Level, IT, or business owners

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and offer innovative solutions to clients.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
  • Take a consultative approach to sales, uncovering client pain points and offering tailored solutions utilizing ERP software to address their business needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Forecasting sales pipelines and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams (technical, implementation, marketing) to ensure successful client onboarding and project completion.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance your sales effectiveness and expertise.
