ABOUT YOU

As you will be working with people at all levels of the business, you will be able to give information clearly, and understand the need for protecting confidential information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The objectives related to the job of this combined role, shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Monitor HR inboxes and respond to any queries, escalate to relevant parties as necessary.

  • General HR administration including setting up meetings, typing up letters and meetings etc.

  • HR record keeping, e.g. leave management, pay changes, background checks, data recording and reporting, insurances, discipline maintenance, facility management.

  • Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, e.g. developing JDs, screening candidates, selection process, offer, orientation and facilitating probationary reviews.

  • Assist with performance and reward management, e.g. performance appraisals, KPI monitoring, pay reviews, benefits administration.

  • Assist with employee relations and engagement, e.g. staff welfare, discipline and grievance, cultural events calendar.

  • Training and development, e.g. identifying training needs, organising internal and external training, keeping training records up to date.
