∎ Work Experience as a Compliance related will highly be preferred.2 to 4 year(s) Experience or Fresher Can Apply.The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct.The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Accessories.Must be a good team player.The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.Proficient in MS Office Package.Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.Good inter-personal & communication skills.Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To do Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ To Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ To Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To assist in updating all necessary license/certificates/permits
∎ To arrange all kinds of meetings (Compliance Issue), and make up to date the registers.
∎ To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Top management.
