Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and manage a comprehensive Project Gantt Chart to monitor progress.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure timely project delivery within the approved budget and schedule.
• Oversee compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks to ensure smooth implementation.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency during the transition
phase.
