Skilled in footwear design and product development.
o Proficient in design software (e.g., Shoe Master).
o Strong understanding of materials, components, and manufacturing processes.
o Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
o Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and prepare footwear sketches, material selections, and technical packs.
Work closely with global and local suppliers to source and develop new materials and design prototypes.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate concepts into production-ready samples.
Evaluate sample quality and construction to ensure alignment with brand and production standards.
Conduct fitting and wear tests, review samples, and suggest necessary modifications.
Support commercialization and mass production by resolving technical or material-related challenges.
Maintain strong coordination with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sourcing, QC, and Production.
