Responsibilities & Context:
Support and coordinate footwear product development from concept to bulk approval as per company standards.
Collaborate with local vendors, design, and technical teams for material selection, fitting, and product accuracy.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical files, BOMs, and specifications for development and pilot production.
Assist in resolving technical and quality issues during development and production stages.
Monitor and ensure that product samples meet required standards in terms of design, fit, and quality.
Manage product development timelines to meet commercialization and delivery targets.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with internal departments such as QA, Engineering, and Sourcing for approvals and project status update
