∎ Maintain employee data
∎ Conduct employee performance review procedures
∎ Budget evaluation and monitoring of all departments
∎ Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department
∎ Ensuring that employees adhere to company policies
∎ Registering employee grievances and ensuring workplace safety
