Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive end to end recruitment & selection processes of the assigned sectors/ units based on short- and long-term hiring needs
∎ Receive and analyze staff requisitions by checking with budget and act accordingly
∎ Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline as well as creating cv bank for future reference
∎ Ensure the reference checks and facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
∎ Communicate with all sector/ unit focal, branch manager, and branch accounts regarding Deployment, Appointment/ contract letter issues
∎ Ensure that job offers and appointment letters are issued to finally selected candidates
∎ Preserve all kinds of relevant documents of recruitment and personal file and ensure uploading it to relevant portals
∎ Responsible for end to end recruitment process as well on boarding required manpower on time
∎ Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
