Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
∎ Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job postings to interviewing and onboarding.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
∎ Address and resolve employee issues and grievances.
∎ Foster a positive working environment and maintain morale.
∎ Implement and oversee employee engagement programs.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR-related documentation.
∎ Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
∎ Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
∎ Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals.
∎ Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
∎ Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide HR insights.
∎ Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills.
∎ Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
