Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
∎ Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively. Foster a positive workplace environment.
∎ Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals. Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and feedback processes.
∎ Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
∎ Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, conduct market research for compensation analysis, and ensure compliance with regulations.
∎ Policy Development: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
