Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Follow up with clients to collect overdue payments.
Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, email, and visits (if needed).
Work with sales, accounts, and legal teams to solve any issues related to payment delays.
Handle difficult or long-pending cases.
Keep detailed records of recovery activities.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Ensure all collection activities follow company policy and legal rules.
