Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Developing and executing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.
∎ · Monitoring & ensuring strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
∎ · Information Systems, talent management, performance management, manpower planning, succession planning, etc.
∎ · Leading the HR and Admin team with proper assignment distribution, co-ordination, co-operation & follow up.
∎ · Policy development and documentation.
∎ · Employee motivation-counseling and look after disciplinary issues.
∎ · Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
∎ · Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly.
∎ · Designing and implementing performance management system.
∎ · Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
∎ · Capable to run all HR initiatives, systems and tactics of the company.
∎ · Develop corporate plan for various HR matters such as Recruitment, Selection, performance evaluation, staffing and training.
∎ · Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
∎ · Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
∎ · Keep record of attendance, absences, leave and prepare monthly salary sheet.
∎ . Good knowledge about ERP Software.
∎ · Any other work assigned by the management.
