∎ Develop, implement, and manage employee welfare programs, including wellness initiatives, counseling services, and support systems.
∎ Organize and oversee employee wellness programs such as mental health support, physical wellness, and work-life balance initiatives.
∎ Provide guidance on workplace safety, health regulations, and employee assistance programs.
∎ Collaborate with HR to ensure all welfare initiatives align with overall company objectives and culture.
∎ Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and facilitating conflict resolution where necessary.
∎ Support employees in navigating personal or professional challenges by connecting them with relevant resources.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal standards regarding employee welfare and health and safety.
