Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or Human Resources (Master's preferred).
∎ 8-10 years of experience in a managerial role in Admin & Compliance in the garments/textile sector.
∎ Extensive knowledge of compliance regulations, especially related to garments manufacturing.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Compliance Management:
∎ - Ensure the factory complies with all local labor laws, safety regulations, and global standards.
∎ Prepare and face audits (social compliance, C-TPAT, WRAP, BSCI, ACCORD, etc.) and work on corrective actions.
∎ Maintain all compliance-related documentation and reports.
∎ Conduct regular internal audits and spot checks on compliance issues, suggesting improvements.
∎ 2. Administrative Leadership:
∎ Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, including safety, security, facilities management, and canteen.
∎ Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
∎ Oversee staff welfare, including health, safety, security, and insurance matters.
∎ Manage grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring proper record keeping.
∎ 3. **HR & Payroll**:
∎ Oversee recruitment, training, and employee engagement activities. - Manage payroll and benefits programs.
∎ Work with HR to ensure smooth onboarding processes and training compliance.
∎ 4. **Legal & Labor Relations**:
∎ Stay updated on Bangladesh Labor Law and ensure compliance.
∎ Handle labor court cases, negotiations, and trade union matters.
∎ Ensure smooth communication with the labor department and other regulatory bodies.
∎ 5. Environmental & Social Governance (ESG):
∎ Ensure the factory meets environmental standards (water treatment, waste management, etc.).
∎ Implement corporate social responsibility initiatives.
∎ Ensure ethical and transparent business operations.
