Education:
∎ Minimum BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from any reputed University.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate who have Medical Equipment Manufacture Industry Experience will get preference
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Admin Department
∎ Decent knowledge on labor Law
∎ Decision making based on data analysis
∎ Time/Task management to meet deadlines.
∎ Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be punctual
∎ Familiarity with office software such as Google Workspace.
∎ Communication with clients
∎ Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively to ensure timely completion.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment process like CV screening, interview, Offering or whatever
∎ HR tasks including onboarding, employee interview, documentation, employees training and so on
∎ Support the team with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments & so on
∎ Execute various administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, correspondence
∎ Maintain supplies and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
∎ Help maintain a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
