∎ Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
∎ Assist in performance reviews, evaluations, and goal-setting.
∎ Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations.
∎ We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR professional to support our global operations from Bangladesh.
∎ The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a U.S. work schedule, which translates to 9 PM - 5 AM Bangladesh Standard Time.
