∎ The candidate should have extensive experience working with Higgs, ISO, SCAN, SBTI, Nirapon, SLCP, WRAP, BSCI, Traceability, GTW, CFW, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, GRS, RCS, OCS, Better Works, RSC, and other relevant industry standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategies to optimize operations in alignment with organizational goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
∎ Oversee performance across production, logistics, security, and facilities management.
∎ Ensure adherence to labor laws, trade policies, and other legal regulations.
∎ Maintain relationships with authorities, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
∎ Manage the maintenance, construction, and enhancement of facilities and infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency.
∎ Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard employees, assets, and operations, while collaborating with agencies to address any security concerns.
∎ Promote and ensure adherence to environmental regulations, waste management, and sustainable initiatives.
∎ Manage human resources, equipment, and materials for optimal productivity. Ensure timely procurement of supplies.
∎ Oversee programs for employee welfare, including healthcare, housing, and transportation, and address employee concerns.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture.
∎ Assist in the development and execution of HR and administration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
∎ Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
∎ Mediate employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
∎ Manage performance appraisals, improvement plans, and talent development initiatives.
∎ Handle various compliance audits including social, environmental, technical, and certification audits.
∎ Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction.
∎ Identify training needs and support employee development through effective programs.
∎ Utilize data and analytics to make informed HR decisions and drive continuous improvement.
∎ Oversee HR systems, particularly HRIS, ensuring optimal usage.
∎ Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
∎ Oversee housekeeping, security, and administrative operations to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
∎ Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of funds and optimizing financial performance.
∎ Prepare regular reports on compliance, operations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management and regulatory bodies.
∎ Develop and implement contingency plans and emergency response procedures to mitigate potential disruptions.
