Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision of office ID card printing and stationary, accessories distribution.
∎ Checking various administrative bill.
∎ Checking deeds, agreement, official letters & applications.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administration and other departments.
∎ Correspondence with Various Govt. and non-Govt. office by letter /mailing or directly.
